The visual world that I create in my contemporary paintings and monotypes is vibrant, energetic and fun. I use pure color, abstract shapes, interesting line and textural complexity to convey emotional intensity. I am an interior designer by day and an artist by night using all the elements of design in both fields. My philosophy of art is the same as Picasso's, "Art washes away from the soul, the dust of everyday life."
